By creating an account or using PeplogIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By signing up you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
PeplogIQ is a personal tracking and journaling tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, or professional health advice. Information presented in templates, libraries, calculators or planners is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional. Always consult a qualified provider before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide, medication, supplement, or treatment.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any substances you log, dose, or research are legal to obtain, possess, and administer in your jurisdiction, and that you have a valid prescription where one is required. You assume all risk for any decisions made based on data stored in or generated by the App, including dosing calculations, titration plans, and reminders. The App does not verify, supply, sell, or recommend any peptide, drug, or substance.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that calculations or recommendations will be accurate or appropriate for your circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall PeplogIQ, its owners, operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any damages for personal injury, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the App — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PeplogIQ and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your data, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
Accounts may require manual approval. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including for suspected misuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process it for the purpose of operating the App. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App owner resides, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
